1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Koroverse ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of Service
Koroverse is an AI-powered world-building platform that allows users to generate fictional universes, characters, lore, and narratives. The Service is provided "as is" and may change without notice.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
4. User Content & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you create using Koroverse. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not use your content to train AI models. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your generated worlds, characters, or stories.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service to generate content that promotes violence, hate, or illegal activity; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer the Service; (c) scrape or automate access without permission; (d) impersonate others; (e) use the Service to infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
6. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; your access continues through the end of the billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have not exceeded reasonable usage thresholds.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koroverse Labs Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
